LONG TERM GOALS
Many people have big goals and aspirations in life but often, simply thinking about the enormity of the end goal can all too quickly smother any motivation for achieving them. Start with your end-goals, then break them down into a smaller subset of milestone goals. LUX will then prompt you to take weekly and daily steps towards achieving your milestone goals. Remember to keep your goals SMART.
To achieve your goals and live a highly productive lifestyle, you’ll need to get into the routine of planning out each day. You can use the built-in schedule for that. Split your tasks into two sets: critical and non-critical. Also, make a note of your wins throughout the day, along with the progress you made towards the goals you set, and remember to keep an eye on exercise and water intake!
